Artist Statement

As a ceramic artist, my practice is rooted in observation, curiosity, and connection. Using clay, I explore relationships within the natural world through form, texture, and surface. Mosses, mushrooms, and intricate mycelial networks reveal relationships that often go unnoticed, yet quietly sustain entire ecosystems.

Through my work, I seek to make these invisible connections tangible, encouraging viewers to look more closely at the world around them and develop a deeper appreciation for the complexity, resilience, and interdependence of nature.
